July 28 - August 1: Nurturing Skills Training, Family Nurturing Center of CNY, 209 Elizabeth Street, Utica, NY 13501. This is an intensive five-day required training to learn to facilitate the Nurturing Program Curricula and is only offered three to four times per year in NYS.
